Billing terms

These terms say how Firmwatts prices, invoices and delivers the data products on the Pricing page. A signed order or a contract can change them for one customer.

Prices

  • Free. The public map and the basic project table cost nothing. You need no account.
  • Project Data. $300 for each project.
  • Market Data. $4,900 for each download.
  • Platform. $9,900 for each year.
  • MCP. The price follows your usage. We give the price in a quote.

Prices are in US dollars. Prices do not include VAT or other taxes.

How to order

The site has no online payment yet. To order, write to us through Contact Sales. We confirm each order in writing: the product, the price and the delivery date. The order starts when we confirm it.

Invoices and payment

  • We send the invoice when we confirm the order.
  • Payment is due 30 days after the date of the invoice, by bank transfer. You pay the fees of your own bank.
  • For MCP, we send one invoice each month for the usage of the month before.
  • If a payment is late, we can stop a delivery or an access until the payment arrives.

Taxes

We add VAT where the law requires it. A business customer in another EU country gives us its VAT number, and the reverse charge applies where the law allows it.

Delivery

  • Project Data and Market Data. We deliver the file within 5 working days after we confirm the order.
  • Platform. Your access starts on the date in the order confirmation and runs for 12 months. It includes unlimited downloads and the weekly updates of the data.
  • MCP. Your access starts when we send you your connector address.

Renewal

A Platform plan does not renew by itself. We write to you before the 12 months end, and you decide.

Refunds

  • A delivered data file cannot be returned. So we give no refund after the delivery.
  • If a file has an error that we made, we correct it at no cost.
  • You can cancel an order at no cost before we deliver the file or start the access.
  • If you stop a Platform plan early, we give no refund for the months that remain.

Use of the data

You can use the data inside your own company: for your decisions, your models and your own documents. You cannot sell the data, share the files with another company, or publish them as a dataset.

Price changes

We can change the prices on the Pricing page. A change does not touch an order that we confirmed.
