We show which data centers get built.
Developers announce far more capacity than they build. We read the public record across Europe, so you know which projects are moving, and when.
The problem
Speculative requests fill the grid queue. A buyer cannot tell a real project from a speculative one.
What exists today
Analysts write market reports by hand. The reports arrive after the filings, and they do not link to them.
What we do
We analyze the public record every week. Each project's data is reconciled and easily accessible.
How we build it
Every fact is grounded in primary filings.
An announcement is a lead. A filing is a fact. We reconcile each one so your data stays clean and accurate.
We collect
Each week we check national and regional permit portals for new and changed procedures. Each month we load the grid operator data.
We read
We read the filed documents for power, generators, grid connection and owner. Each fact keeps the exact words and the page of the document.
We approve
Software only suggests a change. We check the evidence before a record changes. We keep the full history of each value.

Our rules
No fact is estimated. Ever.
We keep the data clean before we make it complete. These two rules decide what you see.
Official sources first
A project is public when it has a filing or a government notice. A news story is a lead, not a fact.
We never mix MW
Generator thermal power, electrical power and IT load stay apart. We never add them.
Who we are
A small team with one focus.
We are data center developers, venture capitalists, and consultants. We operate in the powered land and data center space. We built Firmwatts for teams like ours.
